If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to explain yourself — change of mind is fine. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

HOW TO REQUEST

Purchases are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at hfcm95@gmail.com. Paddle handles billing enquiries and processes approved refunds.

IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN

If the pass does not unlock or the game is not working for you, contact us first — we will usually fix it quickly. This never affects your right to a refund within the 30-day window.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer law in your country.
